2. Ordering & Payments
All orders placed through Beyond Hampers are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Payment Security
We use Razorpay as our primary payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.
3. Bespoke Goods (Custom Hampers)
Beyond Hampers specializes in personalized and bespoke gift hampers. Due to the highly customized and often perishable nature of these products:
- Cancellations are not permitted once the order has been placed and payment confirmed.
- Custom hampers are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. We follow a firm no refund policy for all hamper orders.
- Each custom hamper is unique, and slight variations in arrangement or packaging may occur.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping across India. Delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location (pincode).
Standard delivery takes 3-8 business days depending on location. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, Beyond Hampers is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen atmospheric conditions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Beyond Hampers or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
