At Beyond Hampers, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our bespoke gift hampers. Due to the highly customized, personalized, and often perishable nature of our products, Beyond Hampers follows a strict no refund and no return policy. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
2. Bespoke Nature of Products
Each hamper is curated specifically for your order. Many of the items included (such as gourmet foods, baked goods, or specialized packaging) are sourced or prepared at the time of order. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the preparation process has commenced.
3. Damaged During Transit
We take extreme care in packaging your hampers to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that has been significantly damaged during transit:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Please provide high-quality photographs of the damaged product and the outer packaging.
- Our team will review the claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement of the damaged items or a store credit. Cash refunds are not provided.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders for bespoke hampers cannot be cancelled once the payment is successful. We encourage you to review your order details, including recipient address and personalized messages, thoroughly before checkout.
