Here are some common questions about our company.

Replacements

  • Only for damaged/incorrect items. Notify us within 7 days with an unedited unboxing video at beyondhampers@gmail.com.

Non-returnable

  • Personalized/Customised products.

Non-personalised orders: Refund to original source/UPI. Original-source refunds incur 5% transaction/cancellation fee.
Initiated within 24–48 hrs. of approval; credited in 3–5 working days.

Damaged/missing items: After we verify photos/video, refunds are initiated in 24–48 hrs.; credit in 3–5 working days.

Partial refunds may apply case-by-case for items not in original condition due to reasons beyond our control.

Express (Metros & Tier-1): 2–4 working days

Standard (PAN India): 5–9 working days

No dispatch: Weekends & public holidays

High volume/weather/logistics: May add a few days to delivery

Personalized items: Please add 2–3 working days extra

Logistics delays: Courier/customs delays are outside our control; no refunds for such delays

Tracking: Shipment confirmation with tracking emailed; link activates within 24 hours

1) Who this applies to

This policy covers visitors, customers, and anyone using beyondhampers.com and our related services (“Services”).

2) What we collect

You give us:

  • Name, email, phone, billing & shipping addresses
  • Order and payment confirmations (via our payment partners)
  • Account details (username, password)
  • Things you view/add to cart/Wishlist, and messages you send us

We collect automatically (cookies & similar tech):

  • Device, browser, IP, pages viewed, clicks, and how you use the site

We get from partners:

  • Platforms that power our store (e.g., Shopify), payment processors, analytics/advertising tools, shipping providers

  • Fulfil orders & provide service: process payments, ship, handle returns, manage your account, send order updates, enable reviews
  • Support & communication: answer questions and improve our Services
  • Marketing (optional): send offers by email/SMS/post and show ads online

Reviews or other content you post publicly can be seen by anyone.

Our Services aren’t intended for children. We don’t knowingly collect data from minors or “sell/share” data of users under 16.

8) Security & retention

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is 100% secure. We keep data only as long as needed for Services, legal duties, and dispute resolution.

    We may verify your identity and can accept requests via an authorized agent. If we decline, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
